Pricing FAQ

Common questions about pricing

Why no self-serve sign-up?
Every agent we deploy is configured for your business: voice training, knowledge base, integrations, escalation rules, working channels. That's not a 60-second sign-up. We scope properly, send a clear proposal, and only build once you confirm.
What does “API costs absorbed” mean?
Every conversation an AI agent has costs us money in API fees (paid to Anthropic, OpenAI, or whichever model the agent uses). For Tier 1-3, we cover those costs in the monthly fee, regardless of volume. You don't get a separate invoice. For Tier 4 builds on your infrastructure, you pay your own API costs directly.
Are the prices final, or will they go up?
Your monthly fee is locked in for 12 months from your start date. After that, we may adjust prices for new customers, but existing customers get 60 days notice and can opt out before any change applies. We never raise prices retroactively.
What happens if I want to add another agent later?
Submit a new Hiring Brief and we'll scope the addition. If you've hired the full department already, the new agent slots in at the supporting rate. If you're moving from one tier to another (e.g., Single Agent to Team or Department), we credit your existing setup fee against the new bundle.
How long is the contract?
Tier 1-3: monthly rolling after the first 30 days. Cancel with 30 days notice. We don't lock you into long contracts because we'd rather earn your renewal than hold it. Tier 4: bespoke build contracts depend on scope.
Do you do refunds?
Setup fees are non-refundable once we begin work (real engineering time goes into voice training and configuration). Monthly fees can be cancelled with 30 days notice and refunded prorata if cancelled mid-cycle.
Can you invoice in another currency?
USD is the default. We can invoice in GBP, EUR, or THB on request - we'll set the rate at contract signing and lock it for your billing period to keep things predictable.
