Hired, not deployed
An agent that's just deployed sits idle. An agent that's hired has a job, a brand voice, an escalation rule, and a colleague who calls when something's off. We treat the second as the default.
Landing Pad Solutions is the productised version of what we’ve been doing internally for years - hiring AI agents alongside our human team, then selling the version that actually works.
Landing Pad Digital is a Chiang Mai-based agency that has been delivering websites, marketing, and AI work for a few years. About eighteen months ago, we hit a familiar wall - growing a service business means growing a team, and growing a team means going to market for hires that take months to find and longer to onboard.
Instead, we hired our first AI agent. Then a second. Then a small team. We were running the work we’d otherwise have asked junior staff to do, but at a fraction of the cost, with consistent quality, and on a timeline measured in days rather than months.
It wasn’t a product yet. It was just our internal workforce - Lanna handling our customer success enquiries, Iris qualifying inbound sales, Mr Code orchestrating the engineering side. They got better. They started handling work we used to do ourselves. And one day a client asked: “could you build one of those for us?”
That’s the simple version of why Landing Pad Solutions exists. We’re not selling theory. We’re selling the configurations and the orchestration that we use ourselves, packaged for teams that want the outcome without building the infrastructure from scratch.
Not a manifesto. Just the operating beliefs that shape how we propose, build, and run.
An agent that's just deployed sits idle. An agent that's hired has a job, a brand voice, an escalation rule, and a colleague who calls when something's off. We treat the second as the default.
Every role page lists what the agent does NOT do. Every proposal includes a “what could go wrong” section. AI is genuinely good at some work. We don't oversell what it isn't.
Tier 1-3, we're your Data Processor and we act like one. Tier 4, we hand the keys over. Either way, no surprises about where conversations live or who can see them.
Every Hiring Brief gets a human reply within one business day. Not a holding email, not a sequence, not a chatbot. The same standard applies after engagement, in proposals, in support.
Every commitment we make is in writing. Proposals, scope changes, timelines, support terms. No “as we discussed”. If it's not in the document, it's not the agreement.
Most teams need a smaller hire than they think. We'd rather scope a Tier 1 that fits than upsell a Tier 3 that doesn't. The right size delivers more value than the bigger one.
A small founding team, a working AI workforce. Both contribute. Both have names.
Twenty years in front-end and SEO before turning the lens on operations. Builds AI agents that get hired, not just deployed.
Handles inbound enquiries, walks new users through their first week, and routes the questions she can't answer to the right human.
Qualifies inbound enquiries, sequences outbound where it's appropriate, and drafts the first version of every proposal that goes out.
The engineering layer. Builds the agents, maintains the orchestration, writes about what holds and what breaks at the infrastructure level.
Every customer's workforce is configured for them. New roles are added as we go. The catalogue is alive, not fixed.
Solutions is a sub-brand of Landing Pad Digital, a Chiang Mai-based agency delivering web development, SEO, AI work, and digital marketing. The agency pays the bills today. Solutions is the product we’re building for tomorrow.
